SME HOLDS 2ND RESEARCH CONGRESS & 3RD INTERNATIONAL FORUM

Mrs. Leni Robredo, Vice-President of the Republic of the Philippines, was the Keynote Speaker in the 2nd SMEC (South Manila Educational Consortium) Research Congress and 3rd International Forum on Innovative Collaborative Learning. The congress and forum, which focused on inclusive education, was organised jointly by the Research Committee of the South Manila Educational Consortium and St. Paul University Manila.
Dr. Jose Francisco B. Benitez, Vice-President for External Programs of the SMEC and President of the Philippine Women's University gave the opening remarks and Sr. Evangeline Anastacio, SPC, SPU Manila President, gave the closing remarks in the congress-forum.
Plenary speakers in the SMEC Research Congress and FICL 2017 were Dr. Huy Nguyen from Vietnam, Rmw Rathnayake from Sri Lanka, Mark Lester Lacsamana from the Philippines, Dr. Jantima Kheokao from Thailand, and Annette Asuncion from the United States of America and a visiting professor of St. Paul University Manila.
A number of administrators, faculty members, and students of SPU Manila presented their research outputs in the parallel sessions.
