Suicide is a health concern, which is the second leading cause of death globally among youths and adults 15 to 29 years of age (WHO, 2014). In line with the University’s advocacies on pro-life and social participation, a theater play entitled Suicide Inc. and interactive forum was organized in partnership with Twin Bill Theater, World Health Organization, and Department of Health. It was attended by SPU Manila students and employees, and educators from different SMEC and CEAP schools. The activity was conceptualized to deliver a strong message for valuing and saving lives in a more creative and artistic manner. This endeavor intended to increase awareness of mental health issues in young people and provide access to appropriate services.
