SPU MANILA PARTICIPATES IN 4TH CEAP EDUCATION SUMMIT

The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) held the 2018 National Basic Education Com¬mission (NBEC) Summit for intensive capacity-building training of school heads. This year’s summit focused on training areas such as Supervisory Program (Instructional Leadership, Coaching Across Grade Levels) and School Improvement Planning. The first graduates of the Senior High School (SHS) Program this SY 2017-18 would be a major event in the Philippine education history and the CEAP-NBEC would like to assist the schools in (re)defining school responsibilities, fo¬cusing on roles that can improve school results.
The summit, with the theme, “Strengthening School Leadership,” was attended by school heads from all over the country. Target participants were Administrators, School Heads, Strand Chairs/Academic Supervisors of basic education schools and higher education institutions offering basic education programs.
SPU Manila was represented in the summit by University President, Sr. Evangeline Anastacio, SPC and other top administrators.
