New Undergraduate Students’ and Parents’ Orientation

The Student Services Division conducted the yearly New Undergraduate Students’ and Parents’ Orientation on 4 August 2018 in the Founders Hall.
The goal of this activity was to acquaint all new students and their parents with the University’s vision-mission, educational objectives, services, rules and policies in the light of Gospel values. An additional message that the Student Services Division would like to share with the participants is the importance of creating awareness on the pressing concerns faced by young people of today. Hence, mental health awareness and anti-drug use talks were also included in the orientation.
The whole activity received a rating of 3.45 or excellent given by the 226 participants.
Sr. Evangeline Anastacio, SPC, University President, welcomed the new students and their parents to the St. Paul University Manila community. Ms. Lalaine Mallari hosted the orientation. She also briefly discussed the history of the University. Dr. Joanne Popanes, RGC presented the University’s organizational structure.
Dr. Bernard Regalado gave an introduction on dangerous drugs and why it is important to have a general knowledge about them. He is a Dangerous Drugs Board
