Selected alumnae gave greetings of hope and cheer to their fellow Paulinians: Cecilia Guidote-Alvarez (AB-BSE 1962, Summa Cum Laude, Founder of PETA); Ruby Pena-Sakkam (HS 1962, AB 1966, Summa Cum Laude, Ambassador’s Lady to Jordan); Agnes Torres-Devanadera (HS 1966, BSC 1970, Chairperson of the Energy Regulatory Board); Marionette Ocampo-Martinez (HS 1954, AB-BSE 1958, Summa Cum Laude, Former Dean of Liberal Arts, SPCM); Marilyn Abalos (HS 1969, Chair of St. Paul Manila Alumni USA); Wynna Marie Medina (HS 1968, AB 1972, Magna Cum Laude, Former President of SPU Manila); Milagros Garcia-Glodava (BSE 1969, Benefactor of HOPE Ablaze); Florina Reynoso-Ray (HS 1965, BSN 1970, Washington Post Star Nurse Awardee); Pilar Almira (HS 1970, BSC 1974, Cum Laude, President of Makati Medical Center); Charo Santos-Concio (AB 1976, Cum Laude, Former President and CEO of ABS-CBN); Carmencita Guanzon-Arambulo (BM 1958, Magna Cum Laude, Founder and Owner of Greenhills Music Studio); and Estela Perlas-Bernabe (HS 1968, BSC 1972, Magna Cum Laude, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines).
The new Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Charles John Brown, gave a short greeting and a special Papal blessing to all the alumni of St. Paul Manila.
Congratulations to SPMAFI President, Sherry Lara-Alingod for a most successful virtual alumni homecoming.
However, everyone hopes the 2022 homecoming will be a face-to-face gathering.
