St. Paul University Manila’s Senior High School (SHS) program offers a transformative two-year academic experience grounded in the university’s Paulinian tradition of excellence, character, and service. Aligned with the K to 12 curriculum of the Department of Education, the SHS program equips students with advanced knowledge, 21st-century skills, and deep moral grounding as they prepare for college, employment, or entrepreneurship.
For current SHS students, learners may choose from specialized tracks—Academic (STEM, ABM, HUMSS) and Arts and Design —that match their interests and future goals. The curriculum is enriched with values integration, spiritual formation, and service-learning, ensuring that graduates are Christ-centered, competent, and compassionate Paulinians ready to lead and serve in a rapidly changing world.
New SHS learners will also experience the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum, a curriculum enhancement aimed at streamlining competencies and enhancing learner preparation for various academic tracks—Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities; Business and Entrepreneurship; and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics—while also developing practical technical-professional skills through the doorway offerings. This initiative aims to produce graduates who are both academically prepared and competently skilled.
The K-12 program is anchored in the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework, ensuring that all learning activities are directed toward clear, measurable outcomes, aligned with real-world skills. Ongoing assessments guide instruction tailored to each learner’s growth and progress.
Throughout the program, the Paulinian Core Values—Christ-centeredness, Charism, Community, Commission, and Charity—are integrated into all learning experiences.
