St. Paul University Manila’s College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences held the 62nd Pinning Ceremony for the BSN Class of 2025, Grâce Aimante de Stella Maris (Loving Grace of Stella Maris), on May 29, 2025 at the St. Maurice Hall.
After four years of hard work and dedication, the class celebrated their Clinical Graduation, having completed the required hours of their Related Learning Experiences (RLEs). The momentous occasion started with a Eucharistic Celebration, presided over by Rev. Fr. Niño Jonnel H. De Leon. In his homily, he congratulated the graduating class and reminded them that “life is but a little while,” encouraging them to make the most of their time and vocation.
The program proper began with the solemn procession of the graduating class, followed by the Welcome Remarks of Dr. Jennifer Joy R. Olivar, Dean of the College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences. Dr. Olivar then introduced the inspirational speaker, Dr. Nancy A. Aguila, Clinical Chairperson. In her address, Dr. Aguila reflected on the students’ journey, from their initial practice in vital signs taking to their mastery of advanced return demonstrations. In recognition of her inspiring message, she was presented with a certificate of appreciation.
Next was the address of the petition, delivered by Bea Paneza, Class President of the 2025 batch. In response, Dr. Olivar formally accepted the candidates for graduation. The students were then called forward to receive their college pins, emblems of their completion of clinical requirements and symbols of their readiness to serve as Paulinian nurses.
Following the pinning, the graduates participated in the Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Stella Maris, lifting their voices in song to the Blessed Mother.

Bea Paneza returned to the podium to deliver her Address of Gratitude, expressing heartfelt thanks to her classmates, mentors, clinical instructors, friends, and family. This was followed by a message from the parents, delivered by Ms. Melody San Jose Palo, RN, CCRN. She extended gratitude to the college and faculty for nurturing and guiding their children into being capable, compassionate, and competent future nurses.

The ceremony concluded with the induction of the graduates into the St. Paul University Manila Alumni Foundation Inc. (SPMAFI) Nursing Cluster, led by Dr. Olivar.
To commemorate the occasion, a photo opportunity was held on the steps of the Chapel of the Crucified Christ, capturing this significant milestone in the lives of the graduating student nurses.
