- Copy of the Certificate of Graduation of all completed degrees relevant to the course being applied for
- Transfer Credential Certificate / Honorable Dismissal for transferees from a university/school in the Philippines
- Copy of Birth Certificate or National ID/Household Register)
- Copy of Marriage Certificate (if declared married)
- Copy of Passport Bio page
- Digital image of recent 2x2 colored photo with decent plain background
- Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from previous school or employers written by people with identifiable titles, position and relationship to the applicant.

The following are required for specific graduate school program
- MSN and all Nursing Doctoral Program
- Masteral thesis title, abstract and 3 topics of interest for dissertation in one document/file
- MBA and DBA Programs
- Employment profile and/or proof of business ownership
- Doctor in Musical Arts
- Performance video based on applied major
- MSN and all Nursing Doctoral Program
- Satisfactory and Valid English Test Result (TOFEL, CBT, TEPS, IBT, IELTS) for non-English speaking nationals
Note: If English assessment certification has expired and / or was not taken previously, the applicant will be endorsed to SPU Manila Academic English Services Program (AESP) for English Proficiency Test.
