The 61st Capping and 14th Badging and Cande Lighting Ceremony, celebrating the BSN Class 2023 “Anges de la Vie” (Angels of Life) and 2024 “Lumiére du Christ’’ (Light of Christ), was held on October 14, 2022, in the Chapel of the Crucified Christ.
On November 19, 2022, the SPU Manila Chorale went to the Malate Church to serenade the parish patron, Our Lady of Remedies, on her feast as a part of their annual Harana Kay Maria event. This endeavor is a commitment continued by the group as the late Sr. Ma. Anunciata Sta. Ana, SPC, Dean of the College of Music and the Performing Arts, made a promise to let them perform in the parish annually for the Blessed Mother. Two years after her passing, they continue to live up to her word.
After two years of distance learning, St. Paul University Manila (SPUM) held its first in-person celebration of World Teachers Day and Freshmen Initiation. The highly-anticipated event took place in the Fleur-de-lis Theater on October 7, 2022 and was attended by all students, faculty, and staff of the University.
Students, alumni, employees, and Sisters of St. Paul University Manila gathered on September 2, 2022, for the Holy Spirit Mass in the Chapel of the Crucified Christ and the Turnover Ceremony in the Paulinian Center for Culture and Heritage (PCCH). The Eucharistic Celebration was one of the first on-site Masses joined by students this school year, but it was also streamed virtually via Zoom for non-physical attendees.
