Paulinian Student Government Holds Mid-Year Training Event

BULACAN, Philippines - On November 13, 2023, the Paulinian Student Government (PSG) headed to The Greenery in Baliuag, Bulacan for the Mid-Year Leadership Training, where they honed their skills as student leaders.

The Greenery's Team Building Facilitators guided the PSG officers to an open field and divided them into five groups. To commence the event, the facilitators initiated an icebreaker activity with music, followed by team-building exercises that included games such as “Snapshot” and “Kadang-Kadang.”

The team-building exercises included an open discussion on the lessons learned. Each group leader expressed their insights on leadership, emphasizing the importance of cooperation, communication, and teamwork. Some explained that in an organization, when some members face challenges, others must be ready to support them, fostering unity in overcoming struggles together.

Following the exercises, the PSG officers enjoyed leisure time, strolling around the venue and engaging in water activities in the pool. As the day drew to a close, an awarding ceremony recognized "Team Green" as the best team during the team-building activities.
